Four ways to stop doing it by hand.
We build the software a business is otherwise doing by hand. The four things below are what our twelve working systems are made of. We always start with one piece of routine, not with a big project.
Write to usWhat people come to us with
- The same hour goes every day into pulling numbers out of three different systems — and they still do not agree.
- A client wrote at night or over the weekend, got an answer a day later, and was already gone.
- Everything important sits in one person's head: they go on holiday and the work stops.
The four things we do
- AI agents →They read your mail, chats, calls and documents for you, decide what to do with each one, and leave the finished result where you expect it.
- Process automation →The thing that happens every day at the same hour — a report, an export, a reminder, a document — starts happening on its own and is never forgotten.
- Chat bots →They answer in half a minute at any hour, know every price and condition, and carry the conversation all the way to an order while your people sleep.
- Dashboards and reports →One screen where revenue, people and stock agree with each other, instead of three systems and an argument about whose number is right.
What that looks like running
- ByPathAn AI agent that every morning brings five people who already need what you sell — with no cold calls at all.Read the case →
- Night ShiftA bot that replies in half a minute at 3 a.m., works out delivery, and has the order ready before anyone walks in.Read the case →
- CockpitThree systems turned into one screen, and an hour a day that no longer goes into chasing numbers.Read the case →
Common questions
- How do you work?
- We look at one piece of routine and tell you whether it is worth it. If it is, we build a small working part first, you use it, and it grows from there. We fit inside what you already have: Bitrix24, AmoCRM, MoySklad, Telegram, WhatsApp.
- When should you NOT automate?
- If something takes twenty minutes once a month, automating it costs more than doing it. And if the process does not exist yet and everyone does it their own way, first decide how it should be done — automating a mess only makes the mess faster.
- Which languages?
- Spanish, English and Russian. We build the systems multilingual too: reports and client replies can come out in two languages at once.
- Where are you?
- We work from Dubai, remotely. Clients are in Europe, Russia and the UAE — so far that has not been a problem once.
- What does it cost to start talking?
- Nothing. Tell us what you do by hand and we will say what is worth automating and what is not. Price only comes up once it is clear what exactly gets built.
