Services

Someone writes at 3 a.m. They get an answer in half a minute.

The bot knows your prices and your products. It replies straight away, handles the usual objections, works out delivery and puts the order together. It lives inside your CRM, so the chat and the deal sit in one place. When a question goes past its limits, a person steps in.

What this looks like today

How it works

  1. We give it only what it is allowed to know

Your price list, products, delivery terms and the answers to the objections you hear every week. Taken from what you already have: spreadsheets, CRM, old chats. It answers with your numbers, not a guess.

  2. It lives inside the CRM

It writes in the same chat your manager uses: Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX, Avito. Every conversation lands on the deal in Bitrix24 or AmoCRM. Everyone sees the history and nothing stays on one phone.

  3. We decide up front what it never says

Discounts, unusual terms, complaints — straight to a person. One bot we run today quotes prices for a single product group only. For everything else it says it will check, and hands over. Making something up is not on the table.

  4. For the first days we read every reply

Until the bot is left alone, a human reads every outgoing message. After that each conversation is scored against your criteria. A separate watcher looks for silence: a customer wrote, nobody answered, an alert goes out.

What people ask us

Will customers know it is a bot?
We do not pretend it is a person. It answers fast and to the point, and hands over the moment a question goes past its limits. That is why people do not get annoyed by it.
When is a bot NOT worth it?
If you get five messages a day and someone answers within a minute, it will not pay for itself. We will say so. It also gets in the way when every deal is priced by hand and nothing repeats. Some things are cheaper left alone.
Can it invent a price?
No. It answers only from what you gave it: price list, terms, delivery rates. When it does not know, it says it will check and calls a human.
We are on Bitrix24 or AmoCRM with WhatsApp. Does that work?
Yes. Bitrix24, AmoCRM, Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX and Avito are all in production for us today. If your system is custom, we check whether it has an API. It usually does.
How much, and how long?
It depends on how much the bot has to know and where it plugs in. We will not throw a number at you. Tell us your channels and your CRM and you get an honest answer, including if we think you should not build it.
