All your numbers on one screen, and reports that send themselves
Your data lives in three systems and each one gives a different number. We pull it into one screen where the numbers agree with each other. After that the reports build and send themselves, on time, every time.
Write to usWhat this looks like today
- The morning starts with three tabs open — CRM, warehouse, spreadsheet — and ends with a number you are not quite sure about.
- Sales quotes one revenue figure and the warehouse quotes another. The meeting goes on whose number is right instead of on decisions.
- Someone spends half a day building the weekly report by hand. That person is off sick and there is no report that week.
- You ask how the month is going. The answer comes two days later and is already out of date.
How we do it
First we agree what gets counted
Is revenue the invoice, the payment, or the shipment? Until that is settled, any dashboard will be wrong in a very confident way. On one project revenue is counted from actual warehouse shipments, not from deals marked won in the CRM. Those are different numbers.
We take the data from your systems ourselves
Bitrix24, AmoCRM, MoySklad, Google Sheets, telephony, chats — through their APIs, on a schedule. Nobody exports anything by hand or retypes it into a spreadsheet.
We reconcile and show the gap
The CRM figure and the warehouse figure are brought to one rule and checked against each other. A mismatch shows up on the screen, not in the middle of Monday's meeting. Any total opens up into the shipments behind it, each with a link to the document.
One screen, plus reports nobody has to open
A full panel for the manager and a short phone version for the owner. A scheduled summary into Telegram. The meeting deck as slides and as a PDF.

- CockpitThree systems became one screen — revenue, people, margin, deliveries. The argument about whose number is right stopped, and so did the hour a day spent chasing figures.Read the case →
- BriefingAt 22:00 a summary counted from real shipments, not from hopeful CRM stages. Monday morning the 14-slide deck is already built: zero hours of preparation.Read the case →

Questions
- Our CRM already has reports. Why another screen?
- Built-in reports only see what lives inside the CRM. If half the truth sits in the warehouse, the bank and a spreadsheet, they cannot show it. A dashboard earns its place exactly when a number has to be assembled from several systems at once.
- Where do the numbers come from, and can we trust them?
- Out of your systems through their APIs, with nobody typing them in. Any figure opens up into the documents it was built from, so you can see what was counted. And when two sources disagree, the screen says so instead of quietly picking one.
- When is this NOT worth doing?
- If everything already lives in one system and the report is two clicks away, leave it alone. And if nobody fills in the CRM, a dashboard will display the mess beautifully without fixing it: data first, screen after.
- What can you connect to?
- Anything with an API: Bitrix24, AmoCRM, MoySklad, Google Workspace, telephony, Telegram, WhatsApp, Avito, your own databases. When there is no API, we read the page the way a person would — that is how Price Radar works.
- Who keeps it running afterwards?
- We do. The services fetch the data and send the reports on their own. A counting rule changes or a new source appears — we fix it, not someone on your team.
