We watch one ordinary day
We go through what is done by hand right now: who opens what, what gets copied from where, where the day stalls. The agent's first job comes from there. One job, not ten at once.
Your rules, in plain words
The agent decides by criteria you write and can change without us. In Scorecard that is six criteria set by the owner, and every score comes with the line from the conversation that earned it.
Wired into what you already use
Bitrix24, AmoCRM, MoySklad, Telegram, WhatsApp, Avito, Google Workspace, your own database. The result shows up where you already look, not on one more screen.
You can see every decision
Each action carries the line explaining why the agent did it, and there is a screen to check it on. It can run in draft mode: the agent proposes, a person sends. It switches off in a second.

What people ask before writing to us
- How is this different from a chatbot with buttons?
- A scripted bot follows a path. Someone steps off it and the bot stalls. An agent reads what was actually written, decides by your rules, and then does something with it: builds the order, writes into the CRM, pulls in a person.
- When is an AI agent NOT worth it?
- When the task is ten minutes a week. When nobody can yet put into words the rule the person uses to decide it. When the data lives in someone's head and not in any system. In those cases we say so plainly: it is cheaper left alone, and fixing the process comes first.
- What if it says something stupid to a customer?
- We start in draft mode: the agent drafts, a person approves before anything is sent. Its topics are limited. What it does not know goes to a person. On one project the agent works nights only, and during the day customers hear from people, because that is what the owner wanted.
- Where does our data sit?
- On your server or on ours, your choice. The database is yours. Only the text needed for that one decision goes to the model. Accounts and API keys stay in your name.
- Who keeps it working when things change?
- We do. Prices change, rules change, an integration breaks: we fix it. The things you change often (criteria, wording, schedules) go on a screen. You never have to wait for us.
